MEPEX Role Inquiry Form

Use this form if you would like to determine what Roles are assigned to you or a specified user on the MEPEX system. Note: DSAs and MOUs can request each other’s roles and regional roles if they are from the same region. If there is a request to view a role across regions, then that would require CDE approval.
